The department of relations with community is carried out in coordination with the department of upbringing and affair with youth, according to normative-legal acts of the informational sphere, higher education and to implement the State and Government policy in the field of education follows to promote spiritual and cultural values, to educate youth in the spirit of patriotism, self-awareness, to expanse the information space, to strengthen relations with mass media, to engage them for comprehensive coverage of the Institute achievements and progress, to raise the cultural level, to promote the best practices, to expand cooperation between the Institute and family, organizations and enterprises upon the whole.
